Eels Live Top Of The Pops	VHS PAL, possibly stereo	N/A	Very good	TV recording I made of Top of the Pops, likely good quality picture for home a videoing. I probably made it on the decent video machine in the lounge, and we had good signal at that house. Unknown track or tracks though, probably from 1st album. Might be just Eels, might be whole programme. Might even be a compliation of many appearences! On E-180 tape so perhaps even followed by bonus 90s TV recordings

Live Reading Festival 1997	Mitsumi CDR	N/A	Ex.	I recorded this set myself at Reading 97 from the front of the audience on a hand-held cassette recorder. The tape was recorded to WAV via a Soundblaster Live, and the WAVs were burned as CDDA to a good quality CDR, and this is that CDR, my "master" copy. The same WAV files were also encoded to a poor quality (64k, 1999 FhG encoder) and published on my long-dead website (w w w.vw-beetle.clara.co.uk) so this set might be familiar to some people. Whilst the audio is understandable poor, it is the best in existence of this particular recording. The other day I also ripped this CD to MP3 with no errors, using EAC in secure mode, which shows the CD has no faults (a concern for old CDRs). Here's the log http://pastebin.com/XBswPmVz

Signed B&W Eels photograph

I got this at the public signing at Reading 1997, and so can vouch for its authenticity. It can be seen that Tommy used a black marker, E used a biro/roller ball, and Butch used a gold marker. PS I thought I had some more Eels stuff, definitely had E's solo albums at some point, and I got the set list from the stage at R97.... if I find more stuff I'll add it.
